Russell Wilson sparks third-quarter TD drive

The Seahawks got themselves back in the game late in the third quarter with a 12-play, 84-yard drive that featured some clutch passing by Russell Wilson and culminated with a 19-yard run around right end by the Seattle quarterback with 4:22 left in the period (watch video here).

There was also some Marshawn Lynch mixed in, as he ripped off runs of 7 and 10 yards (and had an 18-yard run wiped out by a penalty). Wilson converted a third-and-17 pass by hitting Doug Baldwin for 19 yards, then found Jermaine Kearse for a short gain while almost getting wrapped up. That last pass set up his scoring run.

And as Bob Condotta notes, there is hope for Seahawks fans if the Rams’ past performance is any indication:
