Bruce Irvin pick six extends Seahawks’ lead

The Seahawks capped the first quarter with an athletic interception return for a touchdown by linebacker Bruce Irvin. On a first-and-10 play from the Seahawks 27, Carr threw a short pass to the right intended for James Jones. Irvin batted the ball in the air with one hand, turned around and came down with it, then ran 35 yards for the score that put the Seahawks up, 14-3, after one quarter. (Watch video here)
