That the Seahawks aren’t having quite the season of a year ago is having zero impact on TV ratings locally, which remain as high as ever.
Sunday’s 30-24 win over the Raiders, televised on CBS (whose local affiliate is KIRO) drew a 44 rating (the number of TVs in the area tuned to the game) and a 73 share (the number of TVs in use at the time tuned to the game).
That’s not far off the high rating of the season of 45.2 for the Monday night win at Washington and higher than a few other games this season.
Last week’s win at Carolina drew a 39 rating and 72 share.
The loss to Dallas had a 43.1 rating and 78 share. Here are ratings for other games this season: Denver (41.9), San Diego (34.7) and Green Bay (42.4).
