Seahawks Tuesday news and notes: TV ratings info, and more

We’ll start first with the news that the Seattle-Kansas City game got another sterling local TV rating Sunday, televised on KCPQ-13. The game garnered a 40.1 rating and a 75 share. Neither is the top number of the year for the Seahawks, but the 10 a.m. slot typically lags a little bit behind afternoon or prime time numbers.

Now for a few other news and links. ….

— Here’s my recap of what Pete Carroll had to say to the media Monday.

— Nice work by some Seahawks players last night who served as waiters to help out Earl Thomas’ Guardian Angel Foundation. Doug Baldwin participated in an X-Box 1 challenge Monday.

— Seahawks.com wraps up Monday’s news.

— ESPN’s Terry Blount on what the Seahawks must fix going forward.

— Seahawks still favored by as much as 6.5.

— As noted in the First Look, Larry Fitzgerald has a knee injury but is expected to play against Seahawks.

— Handy wrap-up of a bunch of Arizona’s statistical rankings.

— A little feature on a surging Arizona secondary.

— Arizona defensive coordinator Todd Bowles getting a lot of recognition.

— More evidence of how tough Seattle’s schedule is the rest of the way:
