Seahawks Thursday injury report: Another short one

It was another short injury report for the Seahawks Thursday, the list giving additional evidence of the team’s overall increasing health.

Listed as not participating for the Seahawks was DL Demarcus Dobbs (ankle).

Listed as being limited participants were RB Marshawn Lynch (back), TE Cooper Helfet (ankle) and C Max Unger (knee/ankle).

It’s the most that Unger has done since being hurt at Kansas City on Nov, 16, and also the most for Helfet since being hurt the following week against Arizona.

As for Lynch, this looks like business as usual as he has had decreasing practice as the season has gone on.

Listed as a full participant again was CB Jeremy Lane, who is expected to play Sunday against the 49ers after missing the last two games with a gluteus injury.

And here’s an update on the 49ers’ injuries, notably that center Marcus Martin may be able to play.
