Pro Football Focus previews Rams-Seahawks

Here’s the weekly package of links and stats previewing the game from Pro Football Fous:
Articles:
ReFocused articles from the past week’s Hawks/Cardinals and Giants/Rams games
PFF Team of the Week for Week 16 with mentions of Wilson, Lynch, Sweezy, Wright and Lane
PFF’s own Pro Bowl selections with mentions of Lynch, Bennett, and Sherman
Signature Stats:
Shaun Hill’s 145.6 QB rating on play-action passes leads all QBs. With all that success, the Rams questionably only use play-action about 19% of the time which is in the bottom fourth in the league. Wilson runs play action on 31% of his dropbacks (second-highest rate for QBs) and his completion differential with and without PA is only 0.7%. Only Eli Manning is closer to zero at -0.2%.
Doug Baldwin has climbed the Deep Passing ranking in the past few weeks. He currently has the second-best catch rate on deep passes for WRs at 57.1%.
Rams running back Tre Mason has a 38.7 Breakaway Percentage rating, second-best for backs.
Both teams run a 4-3 base scheme and the Seattle DE pair of Michael Bennett and Cliff Avril have been better than the Robert Quinn/William Hayes combo for the Rams. Bennett/Avril have the advantage in both Pass Rush Productivity and total QB pressures.
Both teams have solid ILB tackling. For the Rams, James Laurinaitis leads all ILBs in tackling efficiency with a 25.0. Bobby Wagner is not far behind, ranking 9th at 17.6
