Russell Wilson 63-yard TD pass to Jermaine Kearse puts Seahawks back in the lead

It did not take long for the Seahawks to regain the lead, using a record-setting play to do so.

Russell Wilson threw a 63-yard touchdown pass to Jermaine Kearse with 4:54 to go in the first half to give Seattle a 14-7 lead. (Watch video of the play here)

The five-play, 77-yard drive was capped off by the longest scoring pass play in Seahawks’ postseason history. The previous record was a 56-yard touchdown pass from Dave Kreig to Steve Largent in a 31-10 loss to the Miami Dolphins in an AFC divisional playoff game on Dec. 29, 1984.
