Seattle OT Justin Britt questionable for Sunday’s game against Packers

The Seattle Seahawks ended their week of preparation for the NFC title game with one significant injury question mark — the status of right tackle Justin Britt.

Britt was limited again in practice today with a sore knee that coach Pete Carroll said dates to the divisional playoff win over Carolina on Saturday.

Carroll said Britt simply came out of the game with a sore knee.

Carroll said Britt will be a “gametime” decision and that second-year lineman Alvin Bailey “took a bunch of snaps there” in practice eon Friday and implied he will be the start there if Britt can’t go.

Bailey has started five games this year at left guard and left tackle. He has played a lot of right tackle in prices and in the pre-season throughout his career.

Otherwise, the starting lineup is healthy.

The only other player listed as questionable is backup defensive back Jeron Johnson who missed the Carolina game with a dislocated elbow suffered in the regular-season finale against the Rams.

Carroll said Johnson made it through the week of practice but that he is still a game-time decision.

CB Tharold Simon was sick today and did not practice but he was listed as probable on the injury report.

Every other player was a full participant today and listed as probable or better.
