Wednesday Seahawks links and notes: Let the hype begin

All of the Super Bowl hype will really start to get underway today as Seattle players and assistant coaches (but not Pete Carroll) will be available to the media today with the team also holding a practice at the VMAC.

In essence, it’s just a normal Wednesday out here, with the team keeping to a normal practice week schedule before flying to Arizona on Sunday. The NFL has already announced that the Seahawks will meet the media upon arrival in the Phoenix area on Sunday afternoon. New England will not arrive until Monday.

So check back here throughout the day for notes, quotes, video and other stuff.
