Marshawn Lynch watch — Day Three

Update: Marshawn Lynch didn’t offer any catchy one-liners to the media on the third and final day of his Super Bowl media obligations. Instead, Lynch took his five-minute media requirement as an opportunity to berate reporters, who once again showed up en masse on Thursday. Before taking any questions, Lynch addressed reporters, saying he is confused by the attention and anger directed at his unwillingness to answer questions. As has been the case all year, Lynch expressed he has nothing to say and just wants to play football.

“For these next three minutes, I’ll just be looking at y’all, just like y’all are looking at me,” Lynch concluded.

Good morning from Arizona where we are getting ready to board the buses to the Seahawks’ hotel and what is the last day of media availability for the team as a whole until the Super Bowl (the two head coaches will be available tomorrow for the traditional Friday press conference).

And as has been the case the last two days, there will be lots of eyes on Marshawn Lynch to see what he does. Prediction? Same as the last two days. Figure the reaction from the NFL to be the same, as well. It appears as if the league is not going to get into a battle with Lynch on this and has decided that what he has done will suffice as cooperation from the media.

As always, we’ll pass along lots of other video, quotes and notes from the media availability so check back often.
