Track down 27 pieces of art along light rail system, it’s worth the ride

Some people say the light rail is a train to nowhere. My guess is they haven’t taken it yet. There’s great art to see along the way. To me, each piece is a destination in and of itself. On Tuesday I got a peek at two impressive pieces: “Soundings,” by Clark Wiegman, at the Tukwila station, and “Global Garden Shovel,” by Victoria Fuller, at Columbia City.

Times reporter Michael Upchuch wrote a story about all the public art along the light rail system that ran on Sunday’s art section. Here’s the link in case you missed it.
