Cascade neighborhood guerrilla garden ready for Halloween

I’m quick at pulling the sketchbook out of my pocket when an opportunity arises. That was the case a couple of hours ago when I was on a lunch break and stumbled upon Candi Wilvang and Kim Johnson at their “guerrilla garden” next to Cascade Park. They were putting final touches and tying a string of lights to the stop sign on the corner of Minor Avenue and Harrison Street. I had seen the garden before but never ran into anybody working on it.
