David Beckham on SportsCenter Wednesday Morning

Interview with Hannah Storm, one of his first on U.S. TV Since Move to AC Milan

David Beckham, in one of his first U.S. television appearances since reaching an agreement with the Los Angeles Galaxy to remain on loan with AC Milan through May 31, is scheduled to be interviewed by ESPN SportsCenter anchor Hannah Storm tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11. The interview will debut on SportsCenter at 9 a.m. ET (6 Pacific) and will be reaired on subsequent editions of the ESPN flagship news and information program.

Beckham, who signed a multimillion dollar deal in 2007 to join the Los Angeles Galaxy after four successful years with Real Madrid FC in Madrid, Spain, is on loan with AC Milan, one of the top soccer clubs in the world, based in Milan, Italy. Last Sunday, following protracted negotiations, the Galaxy announced they have reached a groundbreaking agreement with AC Milan that would allow Beckham to remain with Milan through the end of the 2008-09 Serie A (Italy’s top soccer league) season. He will return to Los Angeles for Major League Soccer action on July 15, when the international soccer player-transfer window re-opens.
