Sounders FC practice, May 21

This is the day that the team plays its 11-on-11 in preparation for the coming game, so I am bound by honor and agreement to not report on what I saw.

I can tell you that Freddie Ljungberg is still not 100 percent, and that Brad Evans was limited in practice and Zach Scott didn’t practice. The team will have a short session tomorrow and then it’s off to Colorado.

The plan, coach Sigi Schmid said this week, is to get into the Denver area and play the game within 24 hours, so as not to be as affected by the altitude.

Here’s the team’s official injury report for the match.

OUT: GK Chris Eylander (L medial knee bone bruise); DF Zach Scott (groin injury); DOUBTFUL: FW Jarrod Smith (L hamstring strain); MF Brad Evans (L ankle sprain); PROBABLE: DF Nathan Sturgis (L hamstring strain); MF Freddie Ljungberg (migraine recovery)
