And as many of you know, for good reason. Kasey Keller is in a video of top saves. There’s a story about the All-Star voting and how Sounders FC is dominating that, which I posted earlier in the week. And this “Five-a-Side” column that mention’s how Sigi Schmid runs practices.
Marshall says there’s more strength training incorporated into Schmid’s program now. (FYI: How many people know that Schmid once wrote an entire book devoted to fitness for soccer?) And the way Schmid manages preseason fitness training has evolved particularly, Marshall said.
I didn’t know Coach wrote a book on the subject. Different subject: Nice to see Randy Johnson back and tip his cap to the fans at Safeco, and how about that shot by LeBron?
I think they gave away bobbleheads at Safeco tonight. Question: What Sounders FC bobblehead would you like to see?
Scipio11111: Yes, Ljungberg has a history of migraines from what I have read, and Schmid brought it up today. The commenters on this blog do a fantastic job of answering people’s questions when I don’t, and I believe there were some solid comments about Ljungberg’s headaches on the earlier posts. It’s a team effort here!
I leave you for the evening with this from Goal.com, a little chat with Nate Jaqua.
Enjoy the holiday weekend.
