It will be in my game report from tonight’s All-Star Game on the Times site, but there aren’t many details.
He was carted off the field after the game and didn’t appear for media interviews. He was taken to a local hospital in an ambulance complaining of a loss of vision from the onset of a migraine, and was to be evaluated.
UPDATE: It’s not likely that Ljungberg will be back in the Seattle area for practice Thursday morning, and he told team personnel that he started experiencing blurred vision during the All-Star Game.
That’s all I know for now. Of course Ljungberg has had issues with migraines before, so we’ll see how serious this one is. The last one forced him out of 2 games.
Good night from Rio Tinto.
