Sounders FC’s worst loss of the season, 4-nil

Bad, in more ways than one. 4-0 to the “lowly” San Jose Earthquakes.
-Most lopsided loss of the season.
-Worst-played game of the season.
-Lost Heritage Cup in Year One.
-Red card and ejection for James Riley, so he will miss next game. Wahl and L. Gonzalez on the defensive wings next week? Or Sturgis for Riley? We’ll see.
-Seattle is 0-2-1 when scoring an own goal, thanks Dave for clarification. The draw was a game vs. D.C. that Seattle had in hand until the end.
I guess its a good thing that Barcelona is coming this week, will maybe distract the team from thinking about this one. Just a poorly-played game all the way around, Keller never had a chance the way the defense played, and no attack to speak of whatsoever.
