Previewing Dynamo-Sounders FC

I’ll be anxious to see what kind of atmosphere they have at Robertson Stadium. I’ve been told the fans are very much into it, and also that the team is looking into a new downtown stadium for the future so as not to have to borrow the University of Houston’s place.
Ran across this in the Houston Chronicle. It’s the salaries of Houston athletes. Highest paid athlete in town: Tracy McGrady of the NBA’s Rocket, $21.1 million last season.
Excerpt:

“Tracy McGrady, in 2009, will make more than 1,000 times more from the Rockets than the lowest-paid player will make from the Dynamo.”

The 97th-highest paid athlete in Houston, and highest-paid Dynamo player, is Ricardo Clark. No. 98 is Brian Ching of the Dynamo.
As for the game, looks like Luis Landin, the Dynamo’s newly signed designated player, is going to play.
