While I admit that the NFL Redzone channel on Comcast is pretty sweet, I have changed the channel to UNAM Pumas vs. Monterey on Telemundo (Mexican First Division). Getting ready for the big game of the day, Houston vs. Chivas USA.
I will be following along on my computer.
Houston does not have Brian Ching for this game, he was suspended with yellow cards.
This, of course, is the battle for second place in the West. The L.A. Galaxy have locked up the title. Question about Seattle and L.A. – If both teams got to the conference final, it would be in California regardless of head-to-head in regular season. Galaxy is higher seed.
Thanks everyone for the comments, I read every one of them as I have all season long. There’s going to be some interesting content coming up on the blog after the season ends, so look for that.
There were a couple of comments about the seats being opened up for sale in the upper deck. They are the seats in the loge sections around the field, a few rows of seats at the very bottom of the upper deck. I’ve heard nothing about the Hawks Nest being opened up as yet.
It was good to be back to work last night. I didn’t want to miss the finale. The March to the Match was huge, by far the most people I’d seen this season. More to come later today, as I expect to hear from coach Schmid about the team’s playoff opponent.
