USMNT has positives in 2-1 loss to the Dutch, links and notes

I was able to watch the second half of the U.S. men’s 2-1 loss to the Netherlands on Wednesday. The good guys didn’t look all that bad on the road, considering the injuries to Davies, Dempsey, Holden (a new one), Clark and Onyewu.
I, for one, can not wait until the World Cup. I go nuts over it. If you’re a sucker for international soccer too, then check out this roundup of yesterday’s friendlies.
Anyways, tomorrow is the big Sounders FC announcement and I’m sure all your minds are wandering? Montano? Manchester United? Nkufo? The team has this surprise locked up pretty well, which means the press conference should be fun.
