Kitsap KFC’s Offer Pumas/Mother’s Day Promotion This Sunday
Purchase a “Pink Bucket,” receive 2-for-1 Opening Night tickets plus KFC makes contribution to “Susan G. Komen For the Cure”
Bremerton, Wash. – Kitsap-area KFC’s today announced a special Mother’s Day promotion benefiting “Susan G. Komen For the Cure,” and involving the Kitsap Pumas.
Anyone who purchases a special-edition “Pink Bucket” at Kitsap KFC’s THIS SUNDAY -Mother’s Day – will also receive the opportunity to purchase 2-for-1 tickets to the Pumas home Season Opener, to be played Saturday, May 15 at Bremerton Memorial Stadium.
KFC will also, per bucket purchased, make a contribution to the Komen cause.
“This is a great way for us to do our part in bettering our community and helping improve the lives of others,” said Mr. Pete Braun, owner of Kitsap-based KFC and Taco Bell stores, “and we are also helping build a big crowd for Opening Night with the Pumas. If you’ve not been to one of the matches, you are really missing something special right here in Kitsap.”
To receive the 2-for-1 special fans must save and turn in the top of the Pink Bucket at either the Pumas’ office or at the stadium Will Call booth prior to kick off on May 15.

Dancing With the … Pumas! Another special club promotion will occur at Silverdale’s Old Town Bistro on the evening of Tuesday, May 11.
Each week the Bistro, an official Pumas team sponsor, offers salsa dancing lessons (only $5) from 8-9 p.m. each Tuesday. This coming Tuesday the event will feature YOUR Kitsap Pumas! Plus, it is also Ladies’ Night at the Bistro Tuesday – so bring your friends. Stephanie and her team will be offering food and drink specials throughout the evening.
