Sunday’s back-to-work training at Starfire — photo reel

They’re back…

After eight days off to rest the body and clear the mind, Sounders FC were back in action Sunday afternoon. All the familiar faces were there and accounted for (except the injured Hurtado).

The team did its usual drills: some fitness work to start, then a lot of short-field, small-side scrimmage work — with ‘keepers and without. Nate Jaqua, Peter Vagenas and Osvaldo Alonso were active in the drills, though the Cuban midfielder did some work on the side at the end.

Michael Fucito was also there but standing to the side. Could be a while before he’s ready to go again.
