Belated Sounders FC training photo reel from Saturday

I had some other obligations Saturday and wasn’t able to post some pictures from that morning’s training at Starfire. A lot of bodies were back in action: Nate Jaqua and Tyrone Marshall appeared to be in full training.

Brad Evans entered limited training as a neutral and we also got to see a little bit of Mike Fucito as he works back to form from that bizarre knee injury. Kasey Keller looked fine following that foot sprain and is ready to go against the Rapids.

I’ll tell you one thing, Blaise Nkufo continues to impress me in the training, that’s for sure. He’s got a great combination of size, strength, savvy and skill.

* * *

1. James Riley kicks up some turf and he swings in a nice cross from the right side.

2. I was trying to get a shot of free-kick practice, but invitee Jalil Anibaba got in the way.

3. I know it’s blurry, but it was my only chance to catch Mike Fucito back in action.
