Sounders FC v. New York Red Bulls, pregame and lineups

redbull.JPGWelcome to Red Bull Arena! This is my first time here and what a venue this is. My goodness. Brand new. Beautiful. And I’m not just saying that because press seating a couple rows up at midfield (hopefully it doesn’t get too cold).

The big news of the day is that Steve Zakuani did not make the trip, according to his tweet a few minutes ago. Brad Evans and Pat Noonan also did not travel, meaning the Sounders will be severely shorthanded considering Nate Jaqua, Mike Seamon and Mike Fucito are all out as well. Interesting that Zakuani, Evans and Noonan were all listed as “probable.”

Who do you think gets the start in Zakuani’s place? New signing Mauro Rosales?

I’ll have a bunch more photos after the jump soon. I’ll also post lineups here when they become available.
