Sounders FC coach Sigi Schmid addressed Evans’ injury today. The midfielder was limited in practice. “We wanted to go easy on him today because he felt a little bit of something yesterday, so we’re going to see what his situation is for tomorrow,” Schmid said. “We want to see how he came out of today. We wanted to keep him out of the team activities today so that we can continue to progress him forward. He played a big game for us against Dallas and helped us a lot in that cause. We want to make sure we don’t slide back as we go forward.”
