More than 57,000 tickets sold for Saturday’s home game

I mentioned this note in a previous blog post, but it certainly deserves to stand on its own. Sounders FC has announced that more than 57,000 tickets have been sold for Saturday’s regular-season home finale against the San Jose Earthquakes. Tickets are still available through the usual outlets.

The entire upper bowl of CenturyLink Field will be open for the game, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. Afterward, the team will have some Fan Appreciation Day festivities, followed by a tribute to retiring goalkeeper and captain Kasey Keller.
