POLL: Does Ochoa deserve to be in the starting lineup?

After scoring his first goal as a Sounder last week against San Jose, forward Sammy Ochoa thought more would come.

Turns out it would just take his next MLS appearance.

Sure the sample size is small, but 1.80 goals-per-90-minute ratio is pretty impressive (tops in the league for anyone with more two or more goals). Those who have been watching closely can remember several near misses, as well.

“He’s been a good pick-up for us,” said coach Sigi Schmid. “He knows how to play the game, he does a good job holding the ball up for us as well and he’s courageous. He had to stick his head in there for the third goal, and he’s willing to do that kind of thing. He’s definitely been a very good addition to our team.”

But how good? Good enough to crack the starting lineup going into the playoffs? What do you think?
