Saturday training at the VMAC — photo reel

I promised more pictures, so while they’re D-grade in quality, here goes. The team held two training sessions again Saturday at the VMAC, youngsters and trialists in the morning and veterans in the afternoon.

* * *

The early session featured some 4v4 scrimmaging with small goals.

Mike Seamon, who looks to be in great shape, scored a couple goals and played well.

Supplemental draft pick Jason Banton made it in, but had a light day after a long flight. Note the 6-foot-5 Michael Gspurning in the back left.

From left: David Estrada, Jonathan Prieto, unnamed trialist (as was the case last year with Mauro Rosales, the team will evaluate a couple trialists before naming them).

Rookie Andy Rose (in action) takes part in a warm-up drill.

Some veterans wait to the side before the start of the afternoon session.
