The Sounders returned to Seattle this morning on an early flight back from the East Coast. They’ll take the rest of the day off before returning to training Tuesday before a midweek friendly against Chelsea FC.

The English club arrived Saturday and has held a few training sessions already at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton (the primary practice facility of the Seahawks). You should check out our photo gallery from yesterday’s action and here’s my brief story on the reigning UEFA Champions League winners.
