Fredy Montero to throw out first pitch at Mariners game (Monday links)

The Sounders will take the next two days off from training, but forward Fredy Montero has some plans for the short break.

He’ll throw out the first pitch in Tuesday’s Mariners game following a goal-scoring performance Saturday vs. Vancouver, which may or may not have included a celebration in tribute to M’s pitcher Felix Hernandez and his perfect game.
