Montero throws a strike (Wednesday links)

Fredy Montero joined a small group of Sounders to throw out the first pitch at a Mariners game on Tuesday (coach Sigi Schmid in 2009, USL Sounder Maykel Galindo). But with almost 40,000 in attendance at Safeco Field, the forward threw a strike to catcher Jesus Montero (no relation), and backed it up with an appropriate celebration, Felixing.

It was a repeat performance, of course, for Montero, who celebrated in similar fashion after scoring Saturday against Vancouver. SoundersFC.com was on the scene and has some video.
