Year-end awards from MLSsoccer.com continue to filter in, and a recent one was Assist of the Year.

The top honor went to New York Red Bulls star Thierry Henry, but Sounders FC’s Michael Gspurning and Brad Evans each had assists in the year’s top 12, according to the league website.

Gspurning’s assist (0:12 in the clip) came against Portland, when a long punt forward came to Fredy Montero, who scored a dazzling goal let’s not forget. Evans’ helper (1:00) also came against the Timbers on a pinpoint cross to Eddie Johnson for another great goal.

Any Seattle assists that missed the cut stand out?

How about Montero’s last-minute run and cross down the left to lead to Johnson’s equalizer versus Chivas USA (5:01)? Adam Johansson to Alvaro Fernandez on the road against New York (1:06)? Montero to Mario Martinez versus Real Salt Lake in the playoffs?
