You have to see what Chelsea’s Eden Hazard did to a Swansea City ball boy in a League Cup game yesterday. (You might remember Hazard playing here in last year’s friendly)

How would you distribute the blame is this odd circumstance? All to Hazard? Or does a time-wasting ball boy deserve some, too?

Let’s get to some links:

* * *

— Looks like Reign FC season tickets are on sale a little early. Use the “HOPESOLO” presale code if you’re seeing this before 9 a.m.

— Did you see Brad Evans did a Twitter Q&A with U.S. Soccer?

Kasey Keller was also a guest on SoundersFC.com’s podcast.

— Apparently Adam Johansson and Sweden have been doing well in the King’s Cup.

— The Red Bulls’ coaching search is over! They’re giving the job to the guy who had it all along (on an interim basis), Mike Petke.

— Elsewhere around the league, here’s more on Freddy Adu‘s supposed bridge burning in Philadelphia, FC Dallas announced a couple cuts, New York terminated the contract of defender Wilman Conde, and Philadelphia signed a midfielder who grew up in the area.

— Also, former MLS standout Juan Pablo Angel is returning to Colombia, Norwich City is reportedly after Sporting KC forward Kei Kamara, doesn’t look like the Juan Agudelo-to-Celtic move will be happening (but you never know), and here’s a look into draft day with first-round pick Mikey Lopez.

— In Cascadia news, Vancouver is apparently losing defender Martin Bonjour and missing out on forward Rob Friend. The Whitecaps did, though, announce three signings. The Timbers are parting ways with midfielder Franck Songo’o.

— Here’s another interesting chat with U.S. men’s national team coach Jurgen Klinsmann.

— The Equalizer take a look at some top free agents available for the NWSL. We know Hope Solo has been pushing hard for Tina Ellertson to come to Reign FC.

— A former Sounders’ draft pick is apparently off to New Zealand.

— And lastly, David Beckham‘s kid is on trial with Chelsea?
