MLS commissioner Don Garber to give ‘March to Soccer’ address at 3 p.m.

In anticipation of the MLS’s opening weekend, commissioner Don Garber will hold his annual preseason conference call in a new way.
He give his address (new initiatives, etc.) and take questions from reporters over a live stream on the league’s YouTube channel. The event , which uses Google+ Hangout for the Q&A portion is set to start at 3 p.m.
