MLS changes top tiebreaker for the end of the 2013 regular season to most wins

MLS LogoMLS has changed the top tiebreaker for the end of the 2013 regular season to most wins, according to the latest media guide.

The order to break ties goes as follows…

1. Most wins
2. Goals for
3. Goal differential
4. Fewest disciplinary points
5. Road goals
6. Road goal differential
7. Home goals
8. Home goal differential
9. Coin toss (two teams), drawing of lots (three or more)

You might the tiebreakers last season were in the exact same order, just starting with goals scored. Of course, that news was announced in August.

So what do you make of the change?
