This is the first road-trip of the Sounders FC season that I did not travel for, but we will have a freelancer on the scene at PPL Park with a game story. I’ll also be hosting a live chat during the action, as usual.

I’ll also post lineups below when they become available.

Sounders FC lineup: GK Michael Gspurning, D DeAndre Yedlin, D Jhon Kennedy Hurtado, D Djimi Traore, D Leo Gonzalez, M Mauro Rosales, M Servando Carrasco, M Brad Evans, M Alex Caskey, F Eddie Johnson, F Lamar Neagle

Sounders FC bench: GK Marcus Hahnemann, D Zach Scott, D Patrick Ianni, M Andy Rose, M Mario Martinez, F David Estrada, F Eriq Zavaleta

Philadelphia Union lineup: GK Zac MacMath, D Raymon Gaddis, D Jeff Parke, D Amobi Okugo, D Sheanon Williams, M Brian Carroll, M Danny Cruz, M Keon Daniel, M Michael Farfan, F Jack McInerney, F Conor Casey

Philadelphia Union bench: GK Chris Konopka, F Sebastien Le Toux, M Kleberson, F Antoine Hoppenot, M Michael Lahoud, M Gabriel Farfan, F Aaron Wheeler

Notes: Injuries continue to be an issue for the Sounders, who are without Obafemi Martins (knee), Steve Zakuani (groin), Shalrie Joseph (hamstring) and Marc Burch (groin). Osvaldo Alonso didn’t make the trip to be with his wife and the birth of their second child Friday, and Servando Carrasco gets his first start since July 4, 2012. Eddie Johnson is back after missing two games with the hamstring injury and starts up top with Lamar Neagle. No injury absences for the Union.
