MLS Live will be free to nonsubscribers this weekend (Thursday links)

mls logo newMLS Live will be free this weekend to the public. That means you’ll be able to watch all games that aren’t nationally broadcast online on the league website.

Here is a list of what games should be available.

Montreal Impact vs. Real Salt Lake, 11 a.m., Saturday
Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. LA Galaxy, 4 p.m., Saturday
NE Revolution vs. NY Red Bulls, 4:30 p.m., Saturday
Columbus Crew vs. Colorado Rapids, 4:30 p.m., Saturday
FC Dallas vs. D.C. United, 5:30 p.m., Saturday
Houston Dynamo vs. Sporting KC, 5 p.m., Sunday

— Around MLS, Vancouver forward Omar Salgado had to undergo surgery again for his troublesome foot, Israeli international Tal Ben Haim has signed with Toronto FC, and here’s the latest on the video feature on Chivas USA coach El Chelis.

– Speaking of which, a league official commented recently on some rumors of Chivas USA potentially being forced into new ownership.
