Here are some quick notes from Sounders FC’s 4-0 win Saturday against San Jose.
— Seattle improved to 3-3-3 on the season and is on a 3-0-2 unbeaten streak.
— Seattle snapped a four-game losing streak to the Earthquakes.
— Seattle hadn’t won a game by four goals since a 6-2 win over Chivas USA on Aug. 25, 2012.
— Seattle hasn’t allowed a goal in 219 minutes and has four shutouts in its last five games.
— Mauro Rosales had a goal and assist for the second time in three games, and the Sounders are 19-2-7 when he factors into a scoring play.
— That was Seattle’s first home win of the season (1-1-2).
— The Sounders are 28-0-8 when scoring the game’s first goal (3-0-2 this season), the longest active unbeaten run in MLS dating to the end of 2010. The league record is 58 games set by New York.
