A story from the IMG Academy says that Blair Gavin, formerly of Chivas USA and the New England Revolution, is in town for an eight-day training stint with Sounders FC.
Gavin, you might remember, was on the preseason camp roster but wasn’t able to make it in to Seattle.
The 24-year-old midfielder is another Akron product, meaning there will be three of them around with DeAndre Yedlin and Steve Zakuani.
