SOUNDERS FCOUT: M Alex Caskey (R ankle impingement), GK Josh Ford (R patella fracture), GK Michael Gspurning (L forearm sprain), GK Marcus Hahnemann (R hamstring strain), M Shalrie Joseph (R calf strain), M Philip Lund (R plantar fasciitis), M Steve Zakuani (sports hernia surgery). QUESTIONABLE: M Andy Rose (R hamstring strain), D Djimi Traore (L hamstring strain).

CHIVAS USAOUT: D Daniel Antunez (L ACL reconstruction), GK Tim Melia (lumbar disectomy), F Caleb Calvert (R foot contusion), Bobby Burling (concussion-like symptoms). QUESTIONABLE: M Oswaldo Minda (L hamstring irritation), F Jose Correa (R quad irritation).

Coach Sigi Schmid gave a lot of injury updates after Friday’s practice.

Certainly good news that Brad Evans (hip) and Obafemi Martins (knee) aren’t even listed. There will be a key absence that isn’t injury-related, though, in forward Eddie Johnson, who is away with the U.S. national team for Sunday’s CONCACAF Gold Cup final.
