Posted above are the highlights from Sounders FC’s 2-0 home win Friday against Real Salt Lake. Here are some postgame notes:

— Sounders FC has won five in a row, the best run in MLS this season, matches a team record.
— Sounders FC has won eight of nine for the first time in a season.
— Sounders FC’s crowd of 55,107 was the team’s sixth biggest for a league game, increased its average attendance to 43,180.
— Sounders FC is 6-0 with a 14-1 goal differential in front of home crowds bigger than 55,000.

— Sounders FC is 37-0-8 when scoring the game’s first goal (13-0-2 this season), the longest active unbeaten run in MLS dating to the end of 2010. The league record is 58 games set by New York.
— Michael Gspurning earned his 10th shutout, tied for the league lead.
— Lamar Neagle has scored in three straight games for the first time.
— Lamar Neagle leads the team with nine goals in all competitions.
— Lamar Neagle and Obafemi Martins are tied for the team lead with eight MLS goals.
— Obafemi Martins’ five game-winning goals has matched a team record for a season.
— Obafemi Martins’ opener in the third minute was the second-fastest goal in team history.
— The team is 9-0-0 when Obafemi Martins records either a goal or assist.
— Clint Dempsey is still without a goal or assist after 355 minutes.
