Portland 1, Sounders FC 0, video highlights and postgame notes

— Sounders FC has lost three games in a row for the first time since 2010.
— Sounders FC fell to 5-9-2 on the road, having been outscored 25-13.
— Sounders FC’s loss gives the 2013 Cascadia Cup to Vancouver.
— Sounders FC failed to clinch a playoff berth for the fourth-straight game (they can with a win Saturday in Dallas) and fell to third in the Western Conference.
— Sounders FC is on a five-game winless drought (0-3-2), same as the one to start the season.
— Sounders FC was shut out for first time since July 13, ended a team best run of 14 games.
