The Sounders have sold more than 64,000 tickets for their regular-season finale, an Oct. 27 home game against the Los Angeles Galaxy.

Tickets are available on Ticketmaster among the other regular outlets, but maybe not for long.

The game guarantees Seattle will set an MLS average attendance record for the fifth straight season. Even if no more tickets are sold, the Sounders will average 43,908 fans per game, breaking last year’s mark of 43,144.

Here is a look at the league’s top years in average attendance:

2013 — 43,908 Sounders FC (stands to increase)
2012 — 43,144 Sounders FC
2011 — 38,498 Sounders FC
2010 — 36,173 Sounders FC
2009 — 30,897 Sounders FC
1996 — 28,916 Los Angeles

Here is a look at Sounders FC’s top attendance MLS games:

67,385 — vs. Portland on Aug. 25, 2013 (W, 1-0)
66,452 — vs. Portland on Oct. 7, 2012 (W 3-0)
64,140 — vs. San Jose on Oct. 15, 2011 (W 2-1)
64,000 — vs. Los Angeles on Oct. 27, 2013 (TBD)
60,908 — vs. LA Galaxy on Aug. 5, 2012 (W 4-0)

As you can see, Seattle has a 4-0-0 record in front of home crowds greater than 60,000, with a 10-1 goal differential.
