Sounders FC vs. Philadelphia, injury report

SOUNDERS FCOUT: F Kevin Parsemain (ACL surgery); D Damion Lowe (L hip surgery). QUESTIONABLE: D Leo Gonzalez (R hamstring strain).

PHILADELPHIA UNIONOUT: None. QUESTIONABLE: M Fred (L quad strain); M Danny Cruz (R foot contusion).

The injury report is pretty straightforward for Seattle this week. Leo Gonzalez isn’t expected to be available with the hamstring injury, opening the door for another Dylan Remick start.

Brad Evans (calf) and Andy Rose (hamstring) are no longer listed, and we are expecting Evans to contend for a starting spot and Rose to contend for a spot on the bench. I believe coach Sigi Schmid had told Sports Radio 950 KJR-AM on Thursday that Evans will “probably” start.

On the other side, the visitors are coming in with a coming question marks with Danny Cruz (foot) and Fred (quad). But with the strength of Philadelphia’s midfield — following the offseason acquisitions of guys like Maurice EduVincent NogueiraCristian Maidana — I’m not sure either would have been starting anyway.
