Final: Reign FC 1, Portland 0

Update: Seattle wins, 1-0, on a 90th-minute goal from Kim Little to stay in first place and perfect at 6-0. The Reign defense and Hope Solo keep their fourth clean sheet of the season. Coach Laura Harvey’s squad is the first team in NWSL history to win six straight.

First-place and undefeated Reign FC faces its most difficult test of the season Saturday, a road game against rival Portland, the defending National Women’s Soccer League champion.

As a reminder, the game was moved to 4 p.m. (from 7 p.m.) so not to conflict with tonight’s NBA playoff game in Portland between the Trail Blazers and San Antonio Spurs.

A big issue for Seattle (5-0) will be the effect of international call-ups. Nahomi Kawasmi (Japan) isn’t with the team, while played like Jess Fishlock (Wales), Sydney Leroux (USA) and Hope Solo (USA) all played midweek games.

Six straight wins for the Reign, though, would be a league record. The team has trailed for just two of 450 minutes played.

The Thorns are 2-0-2 this season and head into Saturday’s top-0f-the-table clash with a lot of confidence.

Posted below will be a live stream of the game:
