Rank Team Comment
(2) Real Salt Lake Javier Morales hat trick has team unbeaten in 10 games; MLS record to start a season is 12.
(3) Sporting K.C. GK Eric Kronberg has fit in seamlessly as a starter with four shutouts in last five games.
(7) New England Diego Fagundez scored twice in 5-0 rout of Seattle, has MLS-record 19 goals as teenager.
(1) Sounders FC Character that has been lauded all year will be tested following the franchise’s worst loss.
(6) Vancouver Seemingly has a wealth of young attacking talent; this time Erik Hurtado starred up front.
(5) Colorado Snowy conditions at home vs. a team from California looked to be a benefit — it wasn’t.
(13) D.C. United Already has more wins (4) than last year (3), and just broke 21-game road winless drought.
(4) FC Dallas Four-straight L’s ties a team record; even worse, Hendry Thomas (leg) is out 6 to 8 weeks.
(9) Houston Rookie Mark Sherrod made quite an impact in his first MLS start, scoring twice vs. RSL.
(8) N.Y. Red Bulls Bradley Wright-Phillips netted his second hat trick to take Golden Boot lead with 9 goals.
(10) L.A. Galaxy Robbie Keane has five goals in six games, though Landon Donovan’s drought continues.
(12) Toronto FC Combination of losing streak and bye weeks has the hyped Reds winless since April 5.
(15) San Jose Could be without four starters Saturday in Seattle due to int’l call-ups and suspensions.
(18) Chicago Up-and-comer Harrison Shipp became just the league’s fourth rookie to net a hat trick.
(11) Columbus Offense has gone missing: No goals in 321 minutes is one of the longest droughts this year.
(19) Chivas USA Marvin Chavez, right after being traded from Rapids, torched his ex-team in 3-1 win.
(16) Portland Made a move before the close of the transfer window, bringing in Nigerian Fanendo Adi.
(14) Philadelphia The franchise’s worst winless streak has reached nine games after third straight loss.
19. (17) Montreal Will be happy not to face K.C. again until July 12, having lost last two by 7-0 combined.
