Final: Reign FC 2, Western New York 1

Update: Seattle got a late equalizer from local product Kate Deines then a late winner from Sydney Leroux to stun Western New York with a 2-1 road win. The Reign remain undefeated at 11-0-2 and holds a huge lead in first place.

Reign FC is dealing with an off-the-field issue involving goalkeeper Hope Solo, but the games go on Sunday as undefeated and first-place Seattle plays on the road against Western New York. Kickoff from Sahlen’s Stadium is set for 12 p.m. PT.

The Reign (10-0-2) is expected to have its other internationals available: Kim Little, Sydney Leroux, Jess Fishlock and Stephanie Cox. Western NY (5-6-2) will be without star forward Abby Wambach due to a knee injury.

The two teams played to a 2-2 tie earlier this season at Memorial Stadium, with Little netting a late equalizer on May 25.
