Watershed weekend

Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum (pictured) and Jake Owen roll into the Gorge Amphitheatre this weekend for the Watershed Festival. Now in its third year, the country-music shindig has been sold-out for weeks on the strength of a solid lineup that includes Randy Houser, Kip Moore and Billy Currington, plus locals like “The Voice” contestant Austin Jenckes.

Watershed represents a big leap for Owen, who just last year was the first opener on Jason Aldean’s tour. Now he’s got a No. 1 song, the summer jam “Beachin’,” which earned him the festival’s closing slot Sunday night.

Watershed Festival

Friday-Sunday, Aug. 1-3 at the Gorge Amphitheatre, 754 Silica Road, George, Grant County; sold-out (800-745-3000 or watershedfest.com).
