Death Cab for Cutie announce surprise Crocodile show

Death Cab For Cutie will perform Tuesday, Jan. 20, at the Crocodile. (Bettina Hansen)

Death Cab For Cutie has announced it will play a surprise show at the Crocodile at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan 20. Tickets are $35 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, via ticketfly.com. Doors are at 6:30 p.m. and opening will be Seattle band Say Hi.

The show will be the band’s first in support of its eighth studio album, “Kintsugi,” scheduled to be released  March 31, 2015.
