UPDATE: Sleater-Kinney has added a third show, Thursday, May 7, at the Showbox.

Sleater-Kinney has announced that it will close out its “No Cities To Love” tour with a two-night stand at the Showbox on May 8-9, 2015. The band, which formed in Olympia in 1994 and was a key part of the riot grrrl movement, has added a total of 19 new dates to its 41-date schedule. “No Cities To Love” is Sleater-Kinney’s first album in 10 years. Band member Carrie Brownstein (center) is the co-star of the successful TV comedy “Portlandia.”

Tickets cost $30 and are available at noon on Friday, Dec. 12, via ShowboxPresents.com.
